What is your return policy for furniture?

We accept returns on most items within 30 days of delivery. However, please note that furniture, lighting, and oversized items may be subject to a 15% restocking fee and return shipping costs.

How long will it take for my order to ship?

In-stock items typically ship within 5-7 business days. For larger furniture pieces, our white-glove delivery service will contact you to schedule a delivery window once the item reaches your local hub.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we only ship within the contiguous United States and Canada. Shipping rates and delivery times for Canadian orders will be calculated at checkout.

Can I cancel or modify my order after it's been placed?

Because we strive to process orders as quickly as possible, we can only accommodate cancellations or modifications within 24 hours of the order being placed.

What should I do if my item arrives damaged?

Please inspect your delivery immediately. If an item arrives damaged, contact our customer service team within 48 hours with photos of the damage and the packaging to initiate a replacement or claim.

Are your products covered by a warranty?
