  Carefully repackage your items in their original shipping materials to ensure they remain protected during transit and are eligible for a full refund.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and securely attach it to the outside of your box, ensuring any previous labels are covered.

  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking information handy while our team processes your return at our warehouse.
